As a Technical Director Lwando Runeyi is a Registered Natural Scientist (Cert. Sci. Nat – 118719) with eleven (11) years working experience in the environmental management field. Lwando obtained a National Diploma in Environmental Management at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2010, is currently registered for Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Management at the University of South Africa (UNISA) and has completed numerous short courses in Environmental Law, ISO 14001 Implementation and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Lwando as the Technical Director and Senior Environmental has been responsible for the project (Technical, Financial and Quality) environmental management of a number of projects including those associated with large infrastructure, industrial, mixed land-use residential as well as urban road construction developments. Lwando specialises in Environmental Auditing, Integrated Waste Management, Mining Permit Applications, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Environmental Management Plans and Programmes.
He has compiled a number of Environmental Management Programmes (EMPr) and programmes including Basic Assessment Reports (BARs), within the various sectors and industries. A comprehensive illustration of his qualifications is included in the attached CV.
